1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using crashgame.biz in any capacity — whether browsing the site, registering an account, depositing PKR, or participating in any game including the crash game, Aviator, live casino, poker, fishing games, virtual sports, or any other section — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and crashgame.biz ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform. Continued use of crashgame.biz following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms are published in English (en-PK) and are intended for players based in Pakistan. All monetary values referenced in these Terms are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility

To register and use crashgame.biz, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or playing any game on the platform — including the crash game, live casino, or any other section.
• You must be accessing the platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of crashgame.biz or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on crashgame.biz or have an active cool-off period in place.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person, business, or entity in operating the account.

We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide such documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold one account only on crashgame.biz. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same person — whether through shared device, shared payment method, shared IP address, or any other indicator — all duplicate accounts will be closed immediately and any balances or pending withdrawals on duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide:

• A valid, personal email address that you own and control
• Your real full name as it appears on your CNIC or passport
• A valid Pakistani mobile number that you own
• An accurate date of birth confirming you are 18 or older

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. crashgame.biz will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity on your account is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to our support team prior to that activity occurring.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals (PKR)

All transactions on crashgame.biz are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported:

• Easypaisa — Instant deposits and withdrawals
• JazzCash — Instant deposits and withdrawals
• NayaPay — Deposits and withdrawals
• SadaPay — Deposits and withdrawals
• Bank Transfer / IBFT — Standard processing times apply
• Visa / Mastercard — Card payments processed through authorised payment gateways

Minimum deposit: Rs 100. Minimum withdrawal: Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though transaction monitoring applies to all large deposits. Withdrawal processing times: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals process in under 90 seconds under normal conditions. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.

crashgame.biz does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside our control. We reserve the right to withhold withdrawals pending identity verification for any transaction, particularly first-time large withdrawals.

5 Crash Game, Casino & Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all games available on crashgame.biz, including the crash game section (Aviator and all crash-format games), live casino tables (roulette, baccarat, blackjack), poker rooms, fishing games, virtual sports, and all other gaming products.

• All game outcomes are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are regularly audited for fairness. Game results are final and binding.
• In the crash game specifically, a round ends when the multiplier crashes. Any cash-out registered before the crash is settled at the cash-out multiplier. Any bet not cashed out before the crash is lost. Disputed crash game results must be raised with support within 24 hours of the round in question.
• Technical malfunctions — connection drops, browser crashes, server interruptions — that result in an incomplete crash game round will be settled based on the round outcome recorded on our servers, not on what was visible on your device at the time of disconnection.
• Minimum bet across all games is Rs 10 for crash game rounds. Live casino and poker minimum stakes are displayed in the relevant lobby before each table or game is opened.
• Maximum win limits apply on certain games and will be displayed in the game lobby. Wins exceeding documented maximums are not payable above the stated cap.

Virtual sports events are simulated using certified RNG technology. All results are final. Virtual sports betting markets, odds, and settlement rules are displayed in the virtual sports section before each event.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

crashgame.biz offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, crash game-specific promotions, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are credited to your account after qualifying deposit confirmation. Bonus amounts are not withdrawable as cash until wagering requirements are met.
• Standard wagering requirement: 25× the bonus amount on eligible games before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Crash game play contributes 100% towards wagering requirements unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds expire after 30 days from credit if wagering requirements are not completed within that period. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from the account.
• One welcome bonus per player, household, device, and IP address. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through multiple accounts constitute bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-wagering, bonus funds will be removed but any winnings already derived from wagering in progress will remain at our sole discretion.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

The integrity of the crash game, live casino, poker, and all other games on crashgame.biz depends on all players participating honestly. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Bonus Abuse: Deliberately exploiting bonus terms, using multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or structuring play to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in poker or any other game to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Automation / Bots: Using any software, script, bot, or automated system to interact with the crash game, poker, or any other section of the platform.
• Fraud: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to deposit PKR. Using chargebacks or reversals in bad faith.
• Money Laundering: Using crashgame.biz in any way to launder funds or process proceeds of criminal activity. We cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities and financial intelligence units.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Taking advantage of any software bug, pricing error, or technical malfunction to place bets that would not be accepted under normal conditions. All such bets are void.

We employ automated monitoring systems that analyse betting patterns across all sections including the crash game section, virtual sports, and live casino. Unusual patterns trigger manual review. If your account is suspended for investigation, we will contact you within 5 business days with the outcome.

8 Responsible Gaming

Gambling is entertainment. For the large majority of crashgame.biz players, that is exactly what it remains — an enjoyable way to spend time with the crash game, live casino, poker, or virtual sports. For some players, gambling can become problematic. We take our responsibility to those players seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit caps. Takes effect immediately. Cannot be increased without a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session duration reminders and hard limits for crash game and all other sections.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account pause from 24 hours to 30 days. Account reactivation requires contacting support after the period expires.
• Self-Exclusion: Full account exclusion for 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. No questions asked. Reactivation of a permanent self-exclusion is not available.

9 Privacy & Data

We collect, process, and store your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account on crashgame.biz, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in that policy.

Key data processing activities include: account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and platform improvement. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement, and licensed payment processors as required by law or contractual obligation.

Your crash game session history, betting records, and transaction data are retained for a minimum of five years from the date of the activity, as required under applicable anti-money-laundering and gaming compliance requirements.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on crashgame.biz — including but not limited to the website design, brand name, logos, graphics, crash game interfaces, software, text, and all other intellectual property — is the exclusive property of crashgame.biz or its licensed providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any platform content without our prior written permission.

Game software and RNG technology used in the crash game section, live casino, and virtual sports sections are licensed from third-party providers. Use of the platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to use the platform for your own entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reverse engineering, decompilation, or extraction of game mechanics.

11 Limitation of Liability

crashgame.biz provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain 24/7 availability across all sections including the crash game, live casino, poker, and virtual sports, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and we are not liable for losses arising from service unavailability caused by factors outside our direct control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, crashgame.biz's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the total PKR deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for: losses caused by your own decision-making while playing the crash game or any other game; losses caused by your failure to read or understand game rules; losses caused by internet connectivity issues on your end; or losses caused by your failure to use available responsible gaming tools.

12 Amendments to These Terms

crashgame.biz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on their account at least 7 days before the amended Terms come into effect. Non-material clarifications may be updated without prior notice.

The current version of these Terms — with the "Last Updated" date shown at the top — is always the governing version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. Continued use of the crash game section or any other part of crashgame.biz after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of crashgame.biz — including disputes relating to crash game outcomes, bonus settlements, account closures, or withdrawal processing — should first be directed to our support team at support@crashgame.biz for resolution within 30 days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process within 30 days, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before escalating to any formal legal proceedings. All formal legal proceedings will be conducted in English (en-PK).
